Strategy
Audit
Understanding all areas of your project is critical to the success of your project. At the beginning, we will undertake both a desktop and on-site visual audit of each active area within the building to fully understand the challenges and establish the primary areas of focus.

Concept
Our design experts develop designs, creating functional concepts that meet your project requirements. Space plans along with 3D sketch models, renders and walk-throughs are produced for the visualising of the space. Once space planning is agreed our designers liaise with building services partners.

Ideation
Collaboration is key. Therefore, we communicate the concepts with you each step of the way. Once we understand your complete project vision, including your project expectations and finding any added value project components, we then progress through to design creation.
Development
Budget
Throughout the design process, we work alongside our Pre-Contracts team to provide you with transparent costs, ensuring your budgets are realistic and that you achieve the required work for a fixed price.

Cost Certainty
Detailed cost analysis occurs through each stage of the project, concluding a complete specification itemising all items for the project. Once finalised, the analysis undergoes further cost due diligence with the client.

Programme
Vedra Design & Build is a fast-track methodology and suitable for time-sensitive projects. We start managing delivery expectations as soon as design begins. High-level programmes are produced and monitored by our team at every stage, ensuring on budget and time.
Delivery
Integration
Our team will work and liaise with incumbent contractors and suppliers to ensure
integration of building services. As part of our service, we will offer complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services, whether this is an entirely new installation or alterations to an existing system.

Construction
From the outset, our construction teams collaborate with our designers to clearly
understand the best buildable solutions for all project areas. This early integration of build and design teams can also allow for the manufacture of items off-site, further reducing the project’s actual timelines.

Aftercare
Once we have successfully delivered your project, Vedra will host a dedicated
database for your project. This record will allow future maintenance and additional projects to be managed with minimal disruption to your operations.
